I've spent the last 9 years coaching people through the same thing: building real, lasting strength without wasting time guessing in the gym. Whether we're training together in person or I'm coaching you through a screen, the approach is the same — a plan built for your body, adjusted every session, and a coach who's actually paying attention.

As a performance coach, I also work with athletes chasing specific goals — a race, a season, a personal best — building programs around what the sport actually demands rather than a one-size-fits-all routine.

I'm also a qualified breathwork coach, and I bring that into training where it's useful — better recovery, calmer nervous system, and a body that handles stress and load better both in and out of the gym.
